Jason Jones, Owner, Advantage Restoration, Inc.
Jason’s family owned one of the largest restoration companies in the nation, and Jason began working with them the restoration industry in his early teenage years, 20 years ago.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Before moving to Florida, Jason served as a volunteer firefighter for five years.
He started Advantage Restoration in 2005 after moving from Kentucky and, in 2007 Advantage Restoration was named Plant City’s “Growing Business of the Year.”
Jason received IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Water Damage Restoration (WDR) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSR). In addition, he graduated from the Dri-Eaz School of Drying and the American Drying Institute. He is an EPA-certified Renovator and is a State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator. In 2010, Jason completed Crestcom’s “The Bullet Proof Manager” training program.
Jason’s activities have earned him a great reputation in the community leading him to receive the Lion’s Club of Plant City “Governor’s Achievement Award” and “Plant City’s Good Egg” award for February, 2011. He serves on the Board of Directors and on several committees for the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, is the 3rd Vice President of the Plant City Lions Club, and is a member of BNI. He is the chairperson for Plant City’s annual Trains, Planes and Automobiles event and is a coach at the Plant City YMCA.
Jason enjoys spending time with his family and has found a new hobby through geocaching with his son wherever they travel.

Tim Griffin, Owner/CEO, Advantage Contracting, LLC
Tim has 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction, remodeling and renovation. Prior to becoming part of Advantage, Tim owned his own company, Tim Griffin Construction. He was born and raised in Plant City and continues to reside there.
Tim is certified by the State of Florida as a General Contractor, a Building Contractor and as a Roofing Contractor. In addition, he is a Certified Renovator.
Tim is a member of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, BNI and is active in his local community where he coaches baseball. In his free time, he likes to go fishing with his family.

RJ Martin, Director of Business Development
RJ came to Advantage Restoration & Contracting in 2011 to lead the marketing team and to help with the expansion plans.
After briefly studying music at FSU, RJ earned his BA in Religious Studies from USF. His previous employment experience includes working as the General Manager for a Florida-wide distribution company, as the Quality Control Manager and Financial Analyst for a large communications company, as a Controller for a small construction company, and as a contract administrator for the Hillsborough County Construction Contracting Department.
RJ’s hobbies include SCUBA diving, reading American history, watching FSU football and going to Universal and Disney with his family. He likes spending time with family and friends, is a member of BNI and enjoys meeting new people.

Mike Rind, Project Manager
Mike joined Advantage in 2010 with more than 15 years in the restoration industry. He grew up in Miami and Orlando and currently lives south of the Tampa area.
Mike attended UCF where he earned a BS in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing. His previous experience includes outside sales, property adjustment and management. Most recently, Mike served as Vice President for another local restoration company.
Mike is IICRC certified in smoke, fire and water mitigation and holds a subrogation certification from William Stewart Associates.
In his time away from the office Mike enjoys fishing and golf.

Chris Kinsey, Restoration Technician
Chris joined Advantage as a restoration technician mid-way through 2010. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Chris currently lives outside of the Tampa area. His previous work experience includes stocking shelves, maintaining inventory and assisting with ordering product at a grocery chain.
Chris plays basketball with friends when he’s not working and likes to watch basketball (LA Lakers) and football (Indianapolis Colts).
Stacey Jeffcoat, Office Manager
Stacey has been with Advantage for almost three years and performs functions which exceed those of a typical office manager. With 16 years in the restoration and construction industry, Stacey has helped Advantage grow helps with project coordination by contacting customers, ensuring contracts are completed, communicating with insurance companies and adjusters, and handling office day-to-day functions.
Stacey is a graduate of Chamberlain Senior High School where she excelled in business and math studies. Since that time, she has used her accounting and business skills to serve as an Administrative Analyst and as an HR Coordinator before coming to Advantage as our Office Manager.
Stacey is very involved with her family and enjoys spending time with them watching and attending motorsports, NASCAR and racing events.
